Informational services only
We provide general information and resource-navigation support. We do not determine eligibility, approve benefits, guarantee availability, make legal, medical, financial, or professional decisions, or promise outcomes. Resource providers make their own eligibility and service decisions.
No emergency services
Our websites, forms, and AI conversations are not emergency services and should not be used for urgent or life-threatening needs. In an emergency call 911. For suicide or mental-health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, protect your account or device access, and do not interfere with website or AI functionality. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.
AI conversations and resource navigation
AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or require review. The resource directory is developing and local listings may still be expanded. If no verified match is available, a request may be routed for manual research. Always confirm program details directly with the official provider before applying or sharing information.
Third-party links and programs
Our services may link to government agencies, nonprofits, and other third parties. Those websites and programs are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, security, eligibility standards, services, or changes in availability.
Communications and consent
Text and email resource-delivery consent is optional, never a condition of receiving assistance, and separate from marketing consent. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, request help by replying HELP, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. We will not automatically enroll resource users in promotional marketing.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials are owned by or used with permission by Community Aid Solutions, Inc. You may use the information for personal, noncommercial purposes, but may not copy, misuse, or misrepresent it without permission.
Privacy and data

Changes, availability, and termination
We may change, pause, or discontinue program information, websites, tools, or these Terms at any time. We may restrict use that violates these Terms or creates risk to users or our services.
